1. Introduction

Welcome to 4T Media Group. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2. Services Offered

4T Media Group offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Sports Photography

• Weddings and Events

• Family Portraits

• Senior Portraits

• Video Production

• Curriculum Development

• Web Design

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid prior to the scheduled services.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of services or prior to the delivery of final deliverables.

• We accept payments via credit card and Cash App. Invoices will be sent to clients, and payments can be made through the provided methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Rescheduling is possible based on the availability of the photographer or media team.

5. Deliverables and Turnaround Time

• For photography services, clients will receive digital files within 2-3 weeks after the session.

• For video production, web design, or other media services, timelines for delivery will be determined based on the project scope.

• Physical products, such as prints, will be delivered based on the shipping options selected during the purchase process.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

• 4T Media Group retains the copyright to all images, videos, and designs created during the project.

• Clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use photos or other deliverables for personal or business purposes, as agreed upon, provided that proper credit is given to 4T Media Group.

• Commercial use beyond agreed terms requires prior written consent from 4T Media Group.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. 4T Media Group will not share or sell any client information or content to third parties without consent.

8. Model and Media Release

• By engaging with our services, clients agree to sign a media release form, allowing 4T Media Group to use their photos, videos, or other media for commercial purposes, including marketing, portfolio use, and promotional materials.

9. Liability and Limitations

• 4T Media Group will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of its services. In the event of equipment failure, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances, 4T Media Group’s liability is limited to the return of all payments made for the affected services.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
